Starting tomorrow, I’ve made giving up sugar my top priority. I know it won’t be easy—especially with the cravings and giving up my favorites like bakewell tart, snacks, and chocolate—but I’m ready for the challenge. I’ve realised I can’t just have “a little bit”; it’s all or nothing for me. While it’s tough to say goodbye to these treats, I’m excited to explore healthier alternatives that will still satisfy me. More than anything, this decision is about feeling better—more energised, more focused—and taking control of my health for the long run. #sugar #cravings #health

We all face many changes in our lives- our career, lifestyle, personal style and even our body shape - and as a result we can find it hard to keep our wardrobe up to date. Often we don’t even have the energy or passion to wade through our wardrobes and collate outfits, in the right colours and shapes that will show our best features.
